Returns and Exchanges

Conditions

You can return your order for a full refund (freight excluded on orders under $100) or exchange, on the basis of merchandise being sent back within 30 days of the purchase date, including an original Gabiano Tax Invoice, merchandise in original condition, packaging and tags. If items are returned after this time frame, refund will be made in form of e-gift card to the value of the return.

We cannot accept product and invoices from other sellers of our product.

Returns must be approved prior to sending product back by phoning or emailing concierge.nz@gabiano.com This will help save disappointments.

Once we receive your returned item, we will endeavor to get in touch with you (usually within 72 hours of receipt) to confirm your refund or exchange details.

 

Conditions for Scarf Shapes

Opened Scarf-shape products cannot be returned.

 

What do I do, if return is approved?

Package products securely. We suggest using a Padded Post Satchel with a tracking label from a Post Office. Refunds or exchanges are dependent on the goods being received in good order and condition. Please treat the scarve(s) with special love and care and avoid creasing and crumpling them.

2. Gabiano Pays - Free Post (now called Reply Paid) parcels if approved by our team can be arranged by simply Clicking Here. Take your parcel to the nearest Post Office and request the tracking details. (we cannot accept liability for returns without a tracking number)
