Gabiano normally offers same-day-dispatch service given that your order is placed before 10:00am New Zealand Standard Time. Email us atconcierge.nz@gabiano.com if your order is urgent, to ensure you aren't disappointed.
If this is your first time logging in on the new website, please register as you would for the first time. If you have logged in on the new website and have forgotten your password, email us at concierge.nz@gabiano.com and we will reset it for you.
Firstly please make sure you are entering your gift card without any spaces between any of the numbers. Secondly, if your gift card number has zeros at the start, try entering it without these. If problems still persist you can write in the notes section at the checkout, "Please Apply Gift Card" along with the gift card number and we will apply it before we process payment if we can see that it is still valid.
If you are unsure if your gift card is still valid, or the amount remaining, please contact us at concierge.nz@gabiano.com with the gift card number and we can check for you.
As soon as orders are processed through our system, the bank pends the entire order amount. When we authorize and invoice your order we only authorize the remaining amount after your gift card has been applied. Until the purchase completely settles, your bank will continue to show the pending full amount, however once settled you will see that only the remaining amount after the gift card has been applied is charged to your card. This can take a few days depending on which bank you are with.
